Safety Insurance – As part of the partnership, drivers who complete the In Control driver skills development program will receive a 5% discount on car insurance from Safety Insurance.

Additionally, a driver with safety insurance can participate in In Control training CP101 for only $75.00, over 70% off the regular registration fee of $350. Drivers who do not currently have safety insurance but commit to renewing their insurance with Tryghetsforsikring can still receive a subsidy.

In Control is very pleased with the safety insurance support for our program. We are equally happy to encourage families to participate in our training. Parents who attend the course often tell us that they learn much more than they expected, and that it ultimately helps to strengthen their teen’s education.

To register for the In Control CP101 course, call our office or register online. During the registration process, you must identify each student who is insured with safety insurance (using the Auto insurance company drop-down list) and provide your safety insurance number. If you are currently uninsured but committed to coverage at your next renewal, you can ask your insurance agent to call In Control and receive the same discount.

Your name and insurance information is added to a list that is shared with Security Insurance each month. Additionally, a certificate of completion is emailed to you (usually within a week of completing the program) and you can share this certificate with your agent. This proof of membership is all you need to claim the 5% group discount from Security Insurance.

Please note: In Control is non-profit making and use of this subsidy/discount code is optional. When you register online, you have the option to opt out of the subsidy. If you choose to register without using an available bursary/discount, this provides additional funds for us to reach more students. Subsidies/discounts are regularly reviewed by our board and subject to change, but do not affect registrations already made.
